Shipping fees are non-refundable. We also do not reimburse expedited shipping fees when packages do not arrive on time to you. We do our part to ship packages with the correct label and we do not have control over packages once they leave the warehouse.

I was BLOWN AWAY by this bag! I initially was hesitant because I had a hard case rolling bag but after a lot of research I caved and got the rolling case. The case is INCREDIBLE! It is extremely safe, and customizable and I never have to worry about my gear. It is incredibly spacious, luxurious quality and rolls with ease! I wish I would've purchased sooner!
I couldn’t love this case more! I have the Janessa backpack that pairs perfectly with the rolling case! It feels so luxurious and rolls beautifully! I love all the customization you can have with it on the inside. My gear is protected while looking high end! I wish I had bought it sooner!!
