Shipping fees are non-refundable. We also do not reimburse expedited shipping fees when packages do not arrive on time to you. We do our part to ship packages with the correct label and we do not have control over packages once they leave the warehouse.

This bag is wonderful and it’s so professional looking! I did my first photoshoot with it yesterday and it held everything I needed for my shoot! Even my external light I have. And the front pockets are perfect to hold my wallet and car keys while I’m working. :) highly recommend!
I waited until I had used this photographer XL sling bag several times before writing a review so I could give an honest opinion. Overall, I really love the bag. It is beautiful, spacious, and has plenty of great pockets. My favorite feature is the exterior magnetic flap pockets, which are perfect for keeping extra batteries, lens filters, and other small accessories easily accessible. Unfortunately, I have had the same issue with the camera attachment on every single session I’ve used it. The thick ring that attaches to the bottom plate of my camera continually comes loose, no matter how tightly I screw it on. Eventually, it loosens enough that it actually unclips from the bag. One time, the ring came completely off my camera during a session. Thankfully, the secondary safety strap caught the camera, or it would have fallen. Considering the expense of my camera and lens, that was scary enough that I no longer feel comfortable trusting the sling attachment to hold my camera without me physically holding onto it. I’ve gone back and read through the other reviews, and I haven’t seen anyone else mention this issue. So I’m not sure if I received a faulty attachment, if this is an issue others have experienced but haven’t mentioned, or if I’m doing something incorrectly. But in my experience, the ring simply does not stay tight and secure enough for me to trust it with the weight of my camera. For now, I’m still using the bag because I really like it as a sling bag, but I’m having to use my old neck strap instead of relying on the camera attachment. I would love to hear from other photographers who have this bag. Has anyone else experienced this problem, or did I possibly receive a defective attachment?
I got this bag for my wife. She uses it as a camera and purse and its roomy and deep enough for my wife to put her Nikon Z6III and 24-120 lens lens down and still have half the bag for herself. She loves it too and it looks good with her.
I LOVE this bag! Its so roomy! I have a canon R5 and a 70-200mm it fits this beautifully. I also have the Nikon Zf with a 70-180mm its fits this set uo with even more room!

Beautiful!! Wish it had double zippers though for anti theft possibilities while carrying it. Fits my Sony a6700 with attached 24-105 mm g lens and a 50mm g lens perfectly. The front pockets are perfect for filters, cleaning kit and extra batteries/sd cards. Back zipper for phone, money and cards!
The most amazing bag! Looking forward to using this for an entire hockey season! Holds my Canon R5 with two lenses. It has enough pockets for extras like batteries, memory cards, a phone attachment and transfer cords!
