Shipping fees are non-refundable. We also do not reimburse expedited shipping fees when packages do not arrive on time to you. We do our part to ship packages with the correct label and we do not have control over packages once they leave the warehouse.

I love this bag! I could never find a bag that was comfortable to wear while also fitting all of my gear without constantly repacking and organizing and this bag does it all. I prefer that it has a shoulder strap but also versatile enough to also become a backpack when the need arises. There is so much storage and the material is great quality! Thank you so much!
I jokingly call this bag the Goldie Locks bag - not too big, not too small, JUST RIGHT! I don’t carry a lot of gear for my family shoots and haven’t been able to find the perfect bag that is stylish, functional, and built to last. That is until I found the Courtney! Love the versatility of how many ways you can carry it and the removable insert is a plus! I was also AMAZED at how fast I received it! A huge plus to an already excellent experience. Welcome to the camera bag of your DREAMS!! I was looking for a bag that could hold everything; a bag to take on adventures; a bag to explore the world with. And friends, this is IT! The vegan leather is pristine quality. The comfort level is 10/10. All of my equipment fits perfectly and safely inside where I know it will be protected. My favorite part about the bag is that the backpack straps have a compartment they can be zipped into, should you decide to sling the bag over your shoulder instead. This is such a win!

Such a beautiful and spacious bag! It is a bit heavy but not as heavy as real leather. I like it but not sure if its too heavy, may end up exchanging for a smaller size.
