Shipping fees are non-refundable. We also do not reimburse expedited shipping fees when packages do not arrive on time to you. We do our part to ship packages with the correct label and we do not have control over packages once they leave the warehouse.

The phone case it self is perfect, I actually have a habit of just keeping it on even when I’m not shooting. I love the little slot in the back for cards. I use it for my business cards on my sessions but also for my CC when I run into the store. It doesn’t get in the way on my Fanny pack which I love and it’s not heavy. I would love to see it come in the olive green to match the sling. One so I don’t have to move my strap from bag to bag but two for aesthetics. Overall I love the addition to have my phone for BTS!
