Shipping Policy

US Shipping-

Processing time 3-4 days + Shipping 5-8 business days

Please allow 14 days to receive your order. If you have not received your order by then you can contact us at hello@kindlycamerabags.com with your order number, email, and the full name the order is under.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. We also do not reimburse expedited shipping fees when packages do not arrive on time to you. We do our part to ship packages with the correct label and we do not have control over packages once they leave the warehouse.

International Shipping-

International orders can take up to 4 weeks to be delivered. If it hasn't been delivered in 4 weeks you can reach out to us at hello@kindlycamerabags.com

For International orders PLEASE EXPECT TO PAY CUSTOMS FEES. These are separate and in addition to shipping fees you pay at checkout. We don't have control over customs fees. International shipping and customs fees are non-refundable.
